Enjoy an enthusiastic and fun-filled co-ed program specially designed for children 18 months to 2.5 years of age. This class is supervised by our instructors and with each child's parent/guardian providing hands-on guidance they build body awareness, coordination, and self-confidence. Classes offer children a chance to socialize with their peers while also enjoying a fun filled time of gymnastics!
Our preschool classes offer fifty minute to one hour recreational classes for boys and girls. Classes include basic instruction on the bars, floor, beam and vault. Preschool classes also include obstacle courses and trampolines to increase body awareness and coordination. In addition to promoting skill development, our program is a great opportunity for children to interact with one another, make new friends, and develop important social skills!
50 Min. Co-Ed Class for Ages 2.5-3

1 Hour Co-Ed Class for Ages 4-5
These 1 hour classes are offered to boys & girls ages 5.5 & older that are new to gymnastics and/or coming out of our Preschool program. Classes include basic instruction on the bars, floor, beam, vault, trampoline and tumble track. These events will help build strength, coordination, flexibility, and most important self-esteem. We offer a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to progress at their own unique pace.
These 1 hour classes are offered to girls ages 5 (entering kindergarten) and up, with some experience with gymnastics. Our classes work on all of the Women's Olympic events (Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, Floor, and Vault) as well as trampoline and tumble track to help build strength, coordination, flexibility, and most important self-esteem. We offer a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to progress at their own unique pace. Classes are based on both age and ability.
Pre-requisites: Back handspring on Trampoline (Spotted), Front Tuck into Pit /Mat from Trampoline, Round-off, Handstand (2 Seconds), Pullovers, Back Hip Circles (Spotted), Cartwheel (Low Beam)
Pre-requisites: Long Hang Pull Over, Cartwheel (Beam), Front Handspring Dismount (Beam), Back/Front Walkover, Back-Handspring on Floor (Spotted)
These 1 hour classes are offered to boys ages 5 (entering kindergarten) and up, with some experience with gymnastics. Our classes work on all of the Men's Olympic events (Vault, Floor, Pommel Horse, Parallel Bar, and Rings) as well as the trampoline and tumble track to help build strength and coordination. Classes are based on both age and ability. Students are always encouraged to progress at their own unique pace.
Pre-requisites: Back handspring on Trampoline (Spotted), Front Tuck into Pit /Mat from Trampoline, Round-off, Handstand (2 Seconds), Pullovers, Back Hip Circles (Spotted), Knee Drop Handstand
In our 1 hour Tumbling classes, students work on floor, trampoline and tumble track. These events help build strength, coordination, flexibility, and most important self-esteem. Students are always encouraged to progress at their own unique pace. Students should have some experience with gymnastics before joining this class.
Pre-requisites: Back handspring on Trampoline (Spotted), Front Tuck into Pit /Mat from Trampoline, Handstand Bridge Kickover
Pre-requisites: Back/Front Handspring (Floor), Round-off Back handspring with spot, Front Tuck (Trampoline), Back Tuck (Spotted, Trampoline), Bounce Back-Back handspring (Trampoline)

Gymnastics is a sport for all ages! No experience is needed for this class. Beginners & experienced students are welcome. Work on flexibility, balance, and overall personal fitness in a relaxed and fun environment!
