Randolph Gymnastics' staff are ready to entertain your guests with fun, games, and gymnastics activities!
Parties run on Saturday afternoons and Sundays!
$350.00 for up to 12 kids
(Including birthday child)
1 hour gym and 1/2 hour party room
All children must be at least 36" or
four (4) years of age to participate
$10.00 per child after 12 kids
Additional party room time is available
$30.00 for every 15 minutes
$40.00 for an additional instructor for over 30 kids

By requesting the Deluxe party package, Randolph Gymnastics will provide your party with everything included in the Basic party package PLUS:
Cake Plates
Napkins
Forks
Spoons
3 large pizza pies
1 water per child
1 juice per child
*Additional pizzas may be ordered for $15.00*
Parties must be scheduled with our office at least one month in advance. Contact our office for availability!
If you don't have one already, you will need to create a family profile on our Family Portal.
A Randolph Gymnastics Birthday Party Agreement must be reviewed and signed at the time of reservation/deposit. The Agreement Form is available at the office or can be downloaded below.
A non-refundable deposit of half the party cost is required within 3 days of making a reservation. We'll place the deposit charge on your family profile. You can then pay through the Family Portal with a credit or debit card. We also accept cash or check at our office if preferred.
A $175.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days of making a reservation. Any remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
Children must be at least 36" or three (3) years of age to attend and participate for safety & insurance reasons.

Alcoholic beverages and confetti are prohibited. We ask that you do not bring them to your party with us.
Birthday deposits are non-refundable; however, if you need to cancel the party we will issue a credit. If you need to reschedule there will be a $30 fee.
