$500.00 for up to 12 kids

1 Hour of guided play on our gym floor, 1 hour of guided rock climbing & 1 hour in a private party room
Everything included in the Gymnastics Party Package
1 Instructor for every 5 children for guided rock climbing

Additional Party Information

All children must be at least 36" or

four (4) years of age to participate in our gymnastics parties.

All children must be at least 36" or

five (5) years of age to participate in our combo parties.

An additional instructor can be requested with advance notice for $40.

Parties for children turning 4 require an additional instructor.

Parties with over 30 kids require an additional instructor.

For our Gymnastics parties, $10 Per Child over 12 Kids (35 children MAX.)

For our Combo parties, $15.00 per child after 12 kids (25 children MAX.)

$30 for an additional extra 15 mins in party room.

A non-refundable deposit of half the party is due within 3 days of your reservation.

The balance is due the day of the party.

All parties must complete a Party Agreement Form before a reservation can be completed.

How Do I Book a Party?

Book in Advance

Parties must be scheduled with our office at least one month in advance. Contact our office for availability!

Party Agreement Form

A Randolph Gymnastics Birthday Party Agreement must be reviewed and signed at the time of reservation/deposit. The Agreement Form is available at the office or can be downloaded below.

Place a Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of half the party cost is required within 3 days of making a reservation. We'll place the deposit charge on your family profile. You can then pay through the Family Portal with a credit or debit card. We also accept cash or check at our office if preferred.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there service in the party room?

Instructors are only for gymnastics floor guidance, they do not provide party room service.

What is your minimum age for parties?

The birthday child must be turning at least four (4) years of age to have a party with us.

If the birthday child is turning 4, an additional instructor is required at an additional $40 cost.

Are there any height or age requirements for party participants?

Children must be at least 36" or four (4) years of age to attend and participate in our gymnastics parties & five (5) years of age combo parties for safety & insurance reasons.

Do you provide food or drinks for the party?

Our Deluxe Parties include 3 pizza pies and 1 water and 1 juice for each child as well as napkins, plates, and cutlery. We DO NOT provide cups, drinks for adults, or cake.
Our Classic Parties DO NOT include food, drinks, cups, plates, napkins, or cutlery.
- If you are interested in having pizza for your party and are not interested in upgrading to our Deluxe package, we recommend Mario's Famous Pizza in Randolph. We recommend calling them the night before to place your order and schedule the delivery: (973) 537-0444

Is there open play during the party?

For safety and insurance reasons, parties are a guided play experience. We do not have open play during the party.

How early can I arrive for my party?

Your Private Party Room will be ready and available to you roughly 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin.

Are there any prohibited items I can't bring to my party?

Alcoholic beverages and confetti are prohibited. We ask that you do not bring them to your party with us.

What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Birthday deposits are non-refundable; however, if you need to cancel the party we will issue a credit. If you need to reschedule there will be a $30 fee.
