Each student may take up to 2 make-up lessons for each monthly session, which must be scheduled in advance with our office.
If an absence was due to illness or injury, additional make-up lessons may be obtained with a doctor's note.
Make-ups must be scheduled while a student is currently enrolled in a class.
Make-ups must be taken within a month of the class missed unless otherwise noted.**
Can I be prorated for missed classes?
If a family is planning a vacation or knows they will be absent on particular dates in the coming month and wish to be prorated before they are charged for that month’s tuition, the classes can be prorated by our office with prior notice.
If a family wishes to be prorated for an upcoming expected absence, they must notify the office by the 20th of the current month to ensure they will not be charged for their expected absence.
We are unable to prorate for already paid missed classes.

If our facility is closed due to hazardous weather during a day (or days) class would normally be scheduled (such as a blizzard,) students will be allotted an additional make-up class.
Class cancellations due to weather will be posted as soon as possible on our website, social media pages, and our voicemail
Can I switch into a different class?
Yes, as long as there is available room and the level is appropriate for the student in question. Please contact our office if you would like to switch classes.
Dropping a Class
To drop a student from a class, please contact our office by phone, email, or in person.
Dropped classes are non-refundable; however, we will issue a credit for any classes remaining in the current session.
